My method is much simpler and faster, just asks the contact person of suppliers some questions and makes a call.
Firstly, make sure that you have Skype, Whatsapp, or Wechat apps on your mobile phone, and then you add the contact person’s either ID of these apps.
Now you have the ability to contact him instantly. Choose a time that the supplier is in office and chat with him on apps.
Then ask him below questions and go step by step.

If the answer is yes, then ask him next question.
2) Could you make me a video call to see what bags you are manufacturing now?

If he could make it and you see the bags they are making, undoubtedly he is a real manufacturer.
