The Yilan handbag company’s in-house shipping operation team is full experienced in all terms of cargo delivery: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU or DDP, by sea or by air. All finished goods are well-organized in warehouse and can be delivered with no mistake.
Many customers ship their goods by sea since bag orders usually hold big volume. Sea shipping is the cheapest shipping method for most countries. You can also ship goods by air if it is urgent or at small volume.

It is simple and easy to ship samples from Yilan Factory. We can book courier pick-up service online, and send samples to your hand within one week for most areas in the world.

Typical Shipping Process of Sea Freight in Yilan Bag Factory
1) send shipping samples (inspection report if required) to buyer for shipment approval
2) send packing list, commercial invoice & C/O draft for buyer’s approval
3) contact shipping forwarder to book a vessel after buyer’s approval
4) load container in factory or deliver cargoes to appointed warehouse or destination
5) confirm information with forwarder as per received cargoes: carton quantities, gross weight, cargo volume (CBM), VGM information …
6) return loaded containers to container yard and finish export customs clearance
7) confirm B/L draft information with forwarder and send for buyer’s approval
8) apply official certificates like C/O, Form E, CCPIT, etc
9) send original B/L, certificates to buyer or arrange Telex Released B/L for buyer to pick up goods
For mass production delivery, we suggest you shipping by SEA or by AIR. We can offer below shipping services for you:
- load container in our factory or deliver goods your appointed warehouse or place in China (FOB trade)
- gather your goods from other vendors and do CFS to consolidate shipment
- apply for a certificate of origin to reduce or exempt your tariffs (also Form A, E, F ..)
- apply for CCPIT certificate and Embassy endorsement for countries like Mexico, Egypt, Brazil …
- send original B/L or make Telex Release to shipment on your request
